The SECENTIS Project provides an innovative training program at the Doctoral level to educate a new generation of security experts capable to tackle the scientific and technical challenges raised by the combination of new technologies (e.g., cloud computing, mobile applications, and the Software-as-a-Service paradigm) and to manage the impact of these changes in industry. The SECENTIS Project is financed by the European Union grant 317387, under FP7-PEOPLE-2012-ITN. It offers 5 fellowships to Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) who have recently completed their formal university training.
The 5 ESRs have been selected and enrolled at the ICT International Doctoral School. Their research activity spans over a period of 3 years, half to be spent in Trento (Italy) and half in Sophia Antipolis (France), the countries in which there are the industrial and academic partners of SECENTIS.
